Yes, atheism is the main focus of my life. Unfortunately.
I say "unfortunately" because, since there is no such thing as god, there should be no such thing as "atheism."
But here in the Babble Belt, religion is all over the TV, papers, etc. -- In other words, even in the privacy of your own home! I just hate it.
I've only been on the 'Net two weeks now, and it's a delight to know of all the other atheists on it. In my personal, everyday living in Tennessee, I don't know of one.
It's so good knowing people like you are here. Now, I hardly ever even turn on the TV to hear the weather "preached" ("what it will be like when we're going to church tomorrow") and can track tornadoes even better on here with the Doppler any time I want to check on it.
Best Wishes!
Jenny
P.S. I'm so happy Bill Gates is an atheist, or this thing could have been as bad or worse than TV -- Spam in the Name of the Lord!!!

You have yet to receive religious SPAM only because you haven't been on AOL long enough. Believe me: it's out there. That's okay, though; AOL provides you with the "Delete" button for a reason. HotMail is so bad that they've included a function where you can delete your entire Inbox with one fell swoop-- because it's all SPAM! I have yet to give my HotMail address to anyone, but I get eight or ten SPAMs per day in my HotMail account. I wonder how anyone got my address!
