Cliff,
I wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for helping me.
I know you have helped hundreds, perhaps thousands, struggle with identity and religion. I overcame conflicts with my Atheism years ago.
You helped me in a different and more personal way.
This summer conditions at home and at work became almost unbearable. Situations developed which I didn't create and were powerless to control began to eat away at my view of my self-worth. Apathy and self-pity threatened to consume me.
Participating in your discussions helped me refocus on the fact that I do have something to offer society, that my opinions are worthy for consideration by others, and most importantly: there are people out there who engage in and practice rational thought.
Never give up your quest for truth Cliff.

I hate to say it, but providing this service has done the same for me. This past twelve months has been a real tough one for me.
