Did you take note that the inaugural benediction, given by Pastor Kirbylon H. Caldwell, Windsor Village United Methodist Church, Houston, excluded all Americans who were not Christian, with a sectarian prayer ending "in Jesus name." I am sure the benediction, like everything else associated with the inaugural, was approved by the Republican transition team, even though contrary to the President's own inaugural address assertion that "everyone belongs."

Perhaps atheists and Wiccans and the like are not considered among the "everyone." We've been considered less than human in the past.
