He Was Christian?

I just finished reading through your dialogue with Martha Nassauer and Andrew Noce. Pray permit a bit of stream-of-consciousness writing on my part?
Where, in the vision God gave Martha, did He say He was Christian? Or Jewish? Or Hindu?
If there is a God, what makes Martha think the Christian religion has a monopoly on Him?
If I view religion not as literal truth but as an expression of my being -- another form of art -- then I can allow it to enrich my life without feeling the need to defend it logically; and I can avoid the conflict between consensual reality and my own, subjective universe.
Christianity might be better off if it were more focused on the message than the messenger. I find Matthew 8:11-13 particularly meaningful.
Walk with Peace,
