When theists write to your forum with pseudo intelligent attitude and unsubstantiated assertions you call them on it. An atheist has written to your forum with pseudo intelligent attitude and unsubstantiated assertions and you seem to let it go. So, given my mood today, I feel compelled to call young Master Ward on a couple things.

Atheism is a gift for those who are conscious |
![]()
![]()
A gift from whom? A gift implies not only a recipient but a giver as well. To me, this assertion is an unfortunate irony; it makes atheism a gift from a god.
![]()
![]()
every person in the world was stripped of there blind faith. |
![]()
![]()
If you're going to hold up your perspective and tell the world it's the intelligent choice, please avoid homophones.
![]()
![]()
So many people don't commit horrible act's solely for fear of going to hell. |
![]()
![]()
How do you know why people do or don't do anything? Can you read minds? Please explain how your assertion is consistent with priests, who could reasonably be expected to fear hell, molesting children. There are a myriad of possible explanations for people's behavior. Suppose many people have a sense of ethics and use religion as an easy way to buttress that sense. Suppose others have no sense of ethics and use religion to justify doing what they want.

![]()
It is a sad fact, but a true one, the illusion of atheists that the world would be a better place without religion is completely false, sorry. |
![]()
![]()
Please describe, in detail, the verifiable, empirical evidence you used to arrive at this fact. Don't forget to list your sources.
![]()
![]()
But I still have faith ... |
![]()
![]()
Ah! Now it all makes sense.
Finally, if young Master Ward would care to cast a critical eye on any of my forum letters, I will welcome the fresh, and I suspect enthusiastic, perspective. How else but through a multitude of eyes and minds might we even approach objective truth?

Hey! I didn't want to overwhelm the poor guy! Okay? I even do this for theists when they're at least being cordial about it: I let lots of stuff go by with them, too! I did grab what I thought was the most important point and address it (notice I'm not doing this to his most glaring error). Also note that this latest batch of e-mail I posted features more than a few atheists who got me up on the wrong side of the bed
Oh, and you forgot to point out his spurious apostrophe in act's which is not indicating grammatical ownership.
